Daniel Sterpini and Adam Keane are raising the bar of degustation with the creation of Cocktail Gastronomy. With more than 30 years experience in the hospitality industry, this dynamic duo is introducing Perth to a funky new concept that will tantalise the tastebuds and leave party goers with a memorable experience.
Daniel Sterpini
Daniel Sterpini’s life has been shaped by the passion he shares for fine food and dining. From an early age of eight, Daniel has been on an educational path, learning from the best culinary resources made available to him. Be it Michelin star chefs from Spain or Perth’s own, Daniel has always surrounded himself with pure gastronomic talent, learning from the best. The result is truly something you need to experience for yourself.

Adam Keane
After a formal tertiary qualification in several cocktail bars in Australia, Adam honed his craft travelling overseas to further his ambition of contributing to the evolution of the cocktail bar scene. Adam has been involved with a handful of industry bodies to promote the knowledge & training of the hospitality industry and has been involved in cocktail events, mixing great cocktails for the last 10 years to Perth’s social elite.
